Abstract
In many applications, interpolation methods are based on a existing discrete topology, using data points to interpolate values at the nodes of a given mesh. We will focuse here on the Discrete Smooth Interpolation, so-called DSI, and after a brief presentation of this method we will propose an algorithm that leads to a better initial solution to run DSl on.
