Abstract
Predictive modeling based on integrated data sets from multiple sources has been extensively used for
mineral exploration targeting and natural hazard modelling in 2d GIS environments. With the advent of
large 3d common earth models with multiple cell properties it becomes feasible to use such methods in
Gocad. We give a general introduction to mineral potential modeling, and present the Weigths of
Evidence method as Gocad plugin in more detail.
